Mowbray Golf Club will host the 2019 women's country week on Monday and Tuesday.
Foursomes will be followed by singles with 9am shotgun starts on both days.
This event is for women members of nine-hole clubs and 102 women (51 pairs) are playing on Monday and 96 on Tuesday.
The women's pennant has begun with three divisions in the North and one on the East Coast.
In division one, defending champions Prospect Vale have won their first two matches with Mowbray and Riverside one each.
In division two, Riverside are undefeated and top the ladder from the Tam O'Shanter combined team.
Division three sees four teams each with one win after two rounds.
In East Coast pennant, Scamander River and St Helens have started their season's with strong wins.
The men's pennant begins on Sunday, March 24, with seven divisions and the inclusion of professionals Jamie Corkill (Mowbray) and Bryce Gorham (Country Club Tasmania).
Tam O'Shanter Golf Club are having their annual open tournament on Saturday, March 23.

Golf Tasmania has announced its team for the Australian Women's Interstate Team Matches in Hobart.
Ulverstone's Sarah Johnstone is captain for the seventh year and her squad will include Prospect Vale's Lily Caelli and young guns Hallie Meaburn (Royal Hobart) and Mackenzie Wilson (Tasmania) both making their third appearance.
Newcomers are 14-year-old Ulverstone junior Tailah Mowat and 15-year-old Alexandria Hansen, of Riverside.
PGA professionals Simon Weston and Debra Brinkley will coach and manage the team respectively.
Each state plays each other over singles match play concluding with a final.
Matches will be conducted at the Royal Hobart Golf Club, from May 7-9.
