The day invites people to bring their dog companions to walk, play and compete in a friendly social day.
The day includes a working dog display, dachshund (sausage dog) races and training events.
Along with all the doggy related fun there will also be pony rides and a jumping castle for younger attendees.
It will cost each dog a gold coin donation and each human over 16 years old will be $10.
The day is supported by the Tasmanian Dog Training Club, Longford Park Boarding Kennels and Petstock Launceston.
