Ananda Cairns of Key2 Property received the nod at the 2019 RateMyAgent awards held in Melbourne last week.
The recognition is far from Ms Cairn's first, having previously been nominated as Tasmania’s representative for the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s achievement award.
Now in their fifth year, the RMA Awards celebrate and recognise real estate agents and agencies for their customer service.

Charlotte Peterswald for Property was named the 2019 Tasmania Agency of the Year, receiving the highest rating in the state across vendor reviews, the proportion of properties sold, and sale volume. Other state-based awards were also handed out on the night.
Mark Armstrong, RateMyAgent co-founder and chief executive, said the awards were a night where the industry comes together to celebrate the most highly recommended agents and agencies in Australia.
"We celebrate with all the nominees and winners, which include some of the best property professionals in the world, and look forward to seeing what’s to come in the year ahead", Mr Armstrong said.
