Entally volunteer and Begonia expert Peter Bugg said the day saw plenty of flower fanatics come and pick themselves a beautiful begonia.
"We've had a fair few people through," he said.
"We've sold about 40 begonias which is good."
Mr Bugg said begonias were something that both fascinated and intrigued him.
"You get such a variety of lovely colours, even with the pastel shades the colour's still intense," he said.
"A lot of people are frightened of them, they think they're exotic and baby them.
"They're pretty tough really.
"A lot of people get them and kill them with water, they only need watering a couple of times a week."
