Penguin's Gaylene Elsworthy and Invermay's Kim Saunders teamed up in the women's pairs and were pushed until the last end before sealing a 16-14 win over North Launceston pair Madge Strochnetter and Barb Smith.
The men's pairs were equally close, with Cremorne duo Jeff Doyle and Ralph Tieman eventually winning 12-10.
Bowls Tasmania president Sue Ross said Trevallyn Bowls Club had been a great host for the event.
"It’s all gone really well, the weather has been kind to us," Ross said.
"We also had some games at North Launceston and Longford - it’s all gone really well and everyone seems really happy."
Earlier in the week Latrobe quartet Gai Thow, Shiron Beavis, Jannine Thompson and Val Carey took out the women's fours, while East Launceston's Peter Zoon teamed up with Penguin trio Wayne Manson, Peter French and Trevor Docking to win in the men's.
