Bullock's run of premierships has been broken only by Mick Stringer who won the title in 2013.
His dominance has rarely been matched in any code, with only harness trainer Barrie Rattray (16) and thoroughbred trainer Charlie Goggin (12) winning more premierships in the modern era.
Bullock won 181 races during the 2018 calendar year.
His 45 individual winners were headed by Willie Win (14 wins), Kayda Affair (11) and Jack’s Missile, Millie Magna and Crazy Wolf (10 each).
Robyn Johnson, of Leith, was Tasmania’s leading owner with 28 individual winners of 91 races.
Her most prolific winner was Buckle Up Rose whose 12 victories including the state final of the National Sprint Championship.
