Tasmanian Leaders alumni spoke with more than 130 business owners to find why they started their operations and what kept their small businesses going.
They advised that planning and building resilience were important to guard again the ups and downs of operating a small business, Tasmanian Leaders general manager Angela Driver said.
“The aim of this document is to inform future work supporting small business in Tasmania as well as feed back to the small businesses surveyed as part of the Thinkbank process,” she said.
