About 7500 people are expected to attend the event held at White Hills in about a week.
Two-day tickets have already sold out with single-day tickets expected to see out on Friday.
Event director Jesse Higgs said it was humbling the event which had started out so small was selling out.
“It shows Northern Tasmanians want good live music,” he said.
Mr Higgs said it was awesome to see how much the festival had grown.
“It’s still just an exciting amount of people because it doesn’t feel too big,” he said.
“I think Party in the Paddock is something that northern Tasmania needed. They wanted to see high caliber international touring acts.”
