The former Burnie Hurricane has taken 16 wickets in 11 Cricket North appearances this season to sit equal-fifth on the wicket-taking charts with Blue Cooper Anthes and Shamrock Will Donald.
Spinks has been joined in the 13-man squad by Burnie-based Greater Northern Raider Brodie Hayes, and another star Hurricane in Josh Barry.
The Tasmanian side will be skippered by Kingborough talent Rhys Ward and will play three one-day matches and three T20 matches beginning February 4.
