The Devils’ under-16 girls also took out sixth place in a 46-36 loss to SA Sharks.
But a series of convincing victories on Saturday have also boosted a pair of Tasmanian under-16 teams.
The Tigers scored a 54-38 girls’ win while the Devils got home 72-56, in games both over NZ Weka.
