Australian junior player and Victorian Devlin Praeger took home the junior under 18 final against Queenslander Kyle Thomson 6-3.
Thomson played well late, however he was unable to overcome Praeger’s lethal accuracy that got him out to a 3-0 lead early.
The girls under 18 final saw Victorian Teah Raeburn jump to an early 4-1 lead against Northern Territory’s Emily Sanders.
Despite Sanders mounting a two point comeback, Raeburn secured victory 6-3 in a lengthy match.
Much tighter matches were had in the under 12 and under 15 finals.
Queensland’s Jackson Agale won a close bout with South Australian Sebastian Ireland to claim the under 12’s crown 6-4.
Toby Clack of Victoria mounted a tremendous comeback down three to defeat Queenslander Billy Browne 6-4 in the under 15’s.
It was a back-and-forth struggle all night for the national teams decider between Victoria and Queensland.
Queensland remained ahead 14-11 seven hours into the contest, with the match going incomplete.
