The Force fell to 6-74 before finishing 9-156 off 50 overs with Liam Canny (34 off 54 and two run-outs) top-scoring at number eight, Gilbert Loane making a useful 23 and Cobey Evans batting an hour for 17 not out.
Riverside teenager Sam Artis (3-8 off six) removed both Black openers in his first two overs and helped reduce the visitors to 4-16.
Will Bennett (3-21 off 10) then bowled in tandem with Sam Freeman and took three wickets in four overs to effectively end the game at 7-39.
Cody Rawnsley (21) and Sebastian Brown put on 26 for the ninth wicket to provide some resistance before Black was bowled out for 76 in 35 overs.
In the other under-16s clash at NTCA No.2, Sam Wright scored 92 for Southern Storm Purple in an easy win over North-West Lightning.
