The incidents both involved men, with one man falling from a ladder while installing alarm equipment at Bread & Butter about 10am on November 20 and the other was hit by a tree while doing unrelated work at Cataract Gorge about 1.45pm on December 3. 

Both men were taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital with serious injuries. 

Worksafe Tasmania chief executive Mark Cocker said no further comment can be made because the investigations are ongoing.
