The Commission wants submissions to be made through its website, by mail or by phone. Its website details how to make submissions and there is a 1800 number for those who may not want to make a written submission.
The public has until the June 2019 to make submissions, then a closing date will be announced.
The Commission will hold an early hearing in Adelaide on Friday January 18 with hearings starting there in February.

The Commission website at agedcare.royalcommission.gov.au has more information about the background to the inquiry. It was set up in October to look into the quality of aged care services, the extent of substandard care, mistreatment and abuse, and the experience of people with disabilities.
