A man and a woman accused of shooting at police during a 17-hour siege at Trevallyn have appeared in the Launceston Magistrates court.

Brett Robinson-Stacey, 24, pleaded not guilty to a number of charges including grievous bodily harm, armed robbery, recklessly discharging a firearm, create a common nuisance and possessing a shortened firearm.
Co-accused Nomi Mounteny, 40, also pleaded not guilty to a number of charges including selling a controlled drug, grievous bodily harm, recklessly discharging a firearm, create a common nuisance and possessing a shortened firearm.
Both accused were remanded to reappear in the Launceston Supreme Court in February.
