Art lovers have their choice of exhibitions this weekend, with Sarah Courtney opening the Women, Art, Business exhibition at the University of Tasmania’s Academy Gallery on Friday night and Wayne Brookes is showing his intricate artworks at Woolmers Estate until December 14.
Alternatively you could head to the Niche Market on Friday and Saturday for Launceston’s Best Beard competition and some Christmas shopping.
