Mr Norrish is described as about 174-centimetres tall with a slim build, fair complexion, and a long brown pointed beard.

He was last seen in the St Helens area on Sunday wearing cream cargo-style pants, a dark-coloured zip-up jacket, and black Blundstone boots.

He is known to ride a red mountain bike, and walks with a pronounced limp.

Though Mr Norrish is from the St Helens region, he is known to travel to other parts of the state, such as Launceston and Devonport.
