The garden partywas held in 2016 and due to it’s success the event is making a return.
Funds raised at the event will go towards the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service, Days for Girls and the Beaconsfield Volunteer Fire Brigade.
Sue Gillon, owner of Strathmore Historic Gardens started the event to show gratitude to the RFDS, who saved her son after he was struck by a car in 1994.
The Beaconsfield Volunteer Fire Brigade and Days for Girls were added to this years open day, Mrs Gillon believes these charities to be equally important.
The event will run from 10am to 5pm on Sunday December 2.
The gardens are located just past the Clarendon House turnoff.
Entry is $10 for adults and a gold coin donation for children.
Coffee, tea and scones as well as garden stalls and live music will be on hand to entertain guests.
