Rundle, who brought up 100 matches for the Blues this year, has lived and worked in Hobart for the past two seasons and has made the decision to join Glenorchy for season 2019.
“I’m really excited to be part of a well-managed club with a strong direction and focus on success” the 26-year-old said via a Magpies social media post.
“To be at a professional club like Glenorchy is a great way for me to develop and grow as I head towards the latter part of my career”.
Originally from Devonport, Rundle spent the first two seasons of the revamped State League with the Pies.
Launceston will have a different look to it under new coach Mitch Thorp with his predecessor Sam Lonergan (Woodville-West Torrens), reigning best and fairest Dylan Riley (Meander Valley), AFL draftee Chayce Jones (Adelaide), Jake Hinds (Southport), Tim Auckland (SANFL), Rulla Kelly-Mansell (Glenelg) and Anthony Liberatore (Victoria) all confirmed to have found new homes in Tasmania or interstate.
