NTDC and The Van Diemen Project are hosting the networking event, where Startmesh chief executive and co-founder Mr Webb will speak.
Topics include how Northern Tasmania can compete in a global environment, the next era for industry and the future of jobs.
Mr Webb founded South Bondi and Red Ocean, of which he is also the chairman, and is past Renaissance Corporation chief executive, but also an engineer who studied thermodynamics at university.
He has more than 30 years’ experience as a chief executive, business mentor and entrepreneur and spoke on the future of small, nimble economies at TEDxAuckland in 2010.
The event will be held at Cowork Launceston, Level 2, 93 York Street, Launceston, between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday, December 5.
