The ride is a fundraiser for mental health charities, with the 160 kilometre ride starting at 7am, the 100k starting at 8.30am, the 70k at 9.30am and the 45k at 10am.
The rides have an entry fee of $50, and all rides start at Royal Park.
On Saturday the Rotarians gave away a special 10th anniversary jersey to celebrate a decade of the successful event, with the winner, Micah Lambert, drawn out of a hat at the premises of principle event sponsor Motors Launceston.
“Having those sponsors means that every dollar raised on the day goes towards youth mental health and suicide prevention,” Sally’s Ride co-chair Naomi Walsh said.
The jerseys will also be available to purchase on the day.
Rotary Club of Central Launceston president Jodie Lowe said the club was immensely proud of being able to put on such a popular community event.
“We’re so thrilled, it’s a really special day for our club – ten years of running an event that we’re really passionate about,” she said.
“We’re so grateful for the community support, and of course all the sponsors and supporters and all the amazing Rotarians, along with their partners and families, working so hard behind the scenes.”
