Though Veteran's Affairs Minister Guy Barnett has campaigned for 15 years for Teddy Sheean to receive a Victoria Cross, the state government has now fully endorsed the motion.
“The application has been made and it gives us a great deal of encouragement and more hope that we will achieve justice for Teddy Sheean,” Mr Barnett said.
