After winning the toss and electing to bat, Blues skipper Tom Garwood worked his way to 17 after losing opening partner Josh Partridge to a run out from Shamrock Jake Williams.
Kaleb Williams then had Garwood caught before claiming Pete New’s wicket for 27.
Man-of-the-match Matt Owens hit 25 off 28 balls, Jake Williams affected another run not with Ben Hyatt departing for 1 and Solomon Scott finished 11 not out in Riverside’s 5-95 off 20 overs.
Kableb Williams was Westbury’s best with 2-15.
In reply, Owens picked up 2-22, Garwood 2-7 and Sam Artis 2-18 in dismissing the Shamrocks for 83.
Ollie Wood (31) top scored with Richard Howe (13) and Jono Chapman (12) chipping in during a collapse of 6-41.
In the other match on Thursday evening, SOUTH LAUNCESTON easily accounted for GEORGE TOWN.
The Knights bundled the Saints out for 61 in 18.2 overs with Rob Crane (18), Jade King (14) and Stephen Fox (13) the main contributors as Jordan Crack (3-11), Cody Lowe (2-13) and Sam McLean (2-14) bowled tight lines.
Sean Harris was dominant in the chase, scoring 44 of the required total before being bowled by Dylan Baker.
Baker finished with 2-3 off one over with Jono Marsden (5), Tom Waller (2 not out) and James Lee (8 not out) getting the job done by seven wickets in finishing 3-63 off 5.3 overs.
