Heading into the final day at the Lee Valley Velopark which hosted the track cycling at the 2012 Olympic Games, Baker tops the elite women's standings with 182 points, 28 clear of Kirsten Wild, of the Netherlands.
Australians occupy four of the top five positions with West Pine’s Amy Cure – competing under her married name Pauwels - in fifth (138).
Queenslander Kristina Clonan (146) is third and Ash Ankudinoff, of NSW, fourth (144).
Baker has enjoyed a virtual monopoly of the podium places with Perth’s Rio Olympian winning the scratch race (Pauwels ninth), elimination (Pauwels sixth) and teaming up with Ankudinoff to claim the madison and team elimination as Pauwels partnered Clonan to third and fourth respectively.
Baker also finished second in the points race – when Pauwels was fifth – and fourth in the tempo. The final day will see a women's madison and scratch race.
Baker is fresh from the Paris World Cup where she was also prominent among the medals.
