Christopher Adam Leaman and Garry Maxwell Billinghurst received their convictions in December after a two-month trial.
Billinghurst was sentenced to nine years’ jail with a non-parole period of six years.
Leaman was sentenced to five years’ jail with a non-parole period of two years and six months.
The men were under police surveillance for a 14-week period when they were observed importing drugs on the Spirit of Tasmania by using 35 cars registered in their names.
Leaman, who was acknowledged as a junior partner in the operation, ferried the drugs around and sold them.
Chief Justice Alan Blow with acting-Justice Shane Marshall and Justice Robert Pearce each concluded their appeal against their sentences should be dismissed.
