Just a fortnight after the Bulldogs won the senior flag and appeared in all three grand finals, Tepper edged out Bracknell’s Richard Howe by four votes to claim the HEC Smith Medal.
It was a similar double in Division 2 with East Coast's Corey Bosworth adding the WC Curran Medal to the Swans’ premiership.
Bracknell’s Matthew Bosworth and Old Scotch’s Josh Sheppard won the respective Division 1 and 2 reserves awards.
St Pat’s stalwart Nigel Meeks, who joined the club back in 1982, had the honour of receiving the Clarrie Boon Memorial Award from Boon’s daughter Vanessa, her husband Rick and their son Charlie.
Launceston also announced its best and fairest on Saturday with Dylan Riley proving to be a runaway winner in Sam Lonergan’s developing side.
Windsor Park hosted the McAuley Medal night function with Riley finishing on 89 votes, 20 clear of Brodie Palfreyman (69) who edged out draft prospect Chayce Jones (68).
They were followed by Jake Smith (62) and Jamieson House (51) with four other players polling more than 40 votes.
Angela Dickson took out the women’s award with 39 votes, 13 clear of Chanette Thuringer and followed by Abbey Green (25), Amy Halaby (21) and Mia King and Meg Sinclair (19).
Sam Mayne took out the under-18s award by a 30-vote margin and Anthony Liberatore was almost as dominant in the Development League count.
