After a day 1 win over Brisbane Capitals, the Tigers fell Sydney Comets 79-40 in the morning session with Lachlan Brewer (16 points), Max Hollister (eight) and Ryley Sanders (seven) the stars.
The boys then went on to lose to Werribee Devils 73-42 with Brewer again dominating with 20 points.
North-West Devils went into their round 3 Pool A clash with Canberra win-less and narrowly went down by four points despite a late charge.
Kye Savage (34 points) was best on court, scoring 28 more points than next-best teammate Alec Newton and 15 more than Canberra’s Jordan Jonathan.
In the girls’ competition in Shepparton, North-West Devils defeated Altona Gators by 14 points to keep their perfect record in tact.
Macey Crawford was instrumental in the 42-28 result with a game-high 16 points.
The girls were last night scheduled to play Sturt Sabres in their final Pool F match.
Meanwhile, the Southern Tasmania Kangaroos finished their championships without a victory after being outplayed by Manly Warringah Sea Eagles.
The Kangaroos lost 65-44 with Bellah Parker and Haylee Gill standing out.
Competition runs until Saturday.
