The Bracknell Hall Committee is organising the meeting to discuss proposed upgrades to the facility.
Meander Valley Council has budgeted $430,000 for the upgrades. Mayor Craig Perkins said it was important projects like this were discussed with the community.
“We encourage people from the community to turn up and be a part of it and to think not about the floor plan might look like, but what the functions of the hall might be,” he said.
“The council has a budget that they need to work to, so we have to think about what any sort of work on the hall would look like and what that outcome might be.”
The upgrades are required because parts of the hall’s floor are no longer safe.
The meeting will be held at 7pm on Thursday, October 4 at the Bracknell Town Hall. Some candidates for the upcoming election are also expected to attend.
