The talented pair, who plan to share a house in their soccer move to Melbourne next year, tied for the club’s NPL best and fairest award at its presentation night.
In a tense finish to the count, both men finished on 17 votes to just edge out Jesse Fulton by one vote.
Nick Lanau-Atkinson, who will also depart the club but for a stint in the UK, picked up 10 votes ahead of Daniel Cristy on nine votes to round off the top five players.
Fulton’s narrow miss for the main trophy was cast aside in favour of the NPL club’s most consistent award.
Lino Sciulli handed out his NPL coaches award to Adhar Ngor, who broke into the Rangers side with 18 games.
In a thrilling finish to the women’s best and fairest count, Mickayla Andersen held off four of her championship winning teammates.
Andersen polled 15 votes to push pass Febey Pearce by one vote.
Moana Chamberlin and Madisson Berne were just behind the pair on 13 votes, with Jessica Loft sitting three behind the eventual winner to finish on 12 votes.
Daniel Sparshott took out the club’s northern championship best and fairest award. Hayden Vandervelde did the same for the northern championship’s best player.
Vincent Wolfhagen and Matthew Collins, who had made his NPL debut against Clarence United late in the year, shared the under-18s best and fairest trophy.
