After lining up in Lilydale’s 2016 grand final loss, Reynolds missed all of last season with a broken foot but played all 18 games this year for a return of five best-on-ground efforts.
Reynolds polled 65 votes, with Lockhart next back on 55 and swingman Trent Griggs third on 44.
Leading goalkicker Aaron Dusautoy took out Tamar Cats’ top award ahead of Bracknell recruit Jesse Tunks.
The ex-Bridgenorth forward kicked 26 goals and was named in his side’s best in all but two of his 15 games.
