Already known worldwide as a premium wool producer, Tasmania’s product has been highlighted again through a collaboration between Northern Midlands farmer Simon Cameron and menswear brand M.J. Bale. Mr Cameron has been able to see how the wool produced at his 115-year-old family farm is transformed into suits for the brand’s Kingston Collection.
Moon Lake opened its $2.7 million upgrade to The Gums dairy at Woolnorth during a public event and shared its plans for further expansion at the property. The 60 bail rotary platform that has been installed increases the dairy capacity by 20 per cent.
