Burt had been cited for striking Glenorchy opponent Will Atkin in the Bombers’ 58-point semi-final victory.
The match review panel determined the strike to be careless, with low impact to the body of Atkin.
The Bomber was offered a sanction of one match, but it was reduced to a reprimand with an early guilty plea.
Burt’s inclusion is a boost for Taylor Whitford’s side in a 29-goal season this year.
Glenorchy star Zac Webster also faced a striking charge on North Launceston midfielder Rhyan Mansell.
He has until the end of Tuesday to accept a one-match penalty with an early guilty plea and ensure he will be available should the Magpies reach the grand final.
Should Webster fight the charge and lose the hearing, the forward’s season is over.
The match review panel has graded the strike to be intentional, with low impact to the head of Mansell.
