The Blues star recruit this year had been under investigation for a tangle with Clarence defender Jason Bailey.
But the match review panel found that no further action was required and Thorp will be available to face Tigers away at Twin Ovals on Saturday.
A referral was also lodged from the same match at Windsor Park over an incident which involved an unnamed Clarence player going down behind play.
The investigation into the incident found that incidental contact occurred between two Clarence teammates and that Launceston played no part in it.
Glenorchy half forward Mitch Rainbird was reported for rough conduct on Tigers rival Oliver Burrows-Cheng.
But the match review panel determined that the free kick that was paid at the time was the correct outcome and no further action was required.
