Three well-known chefs will be demonstrating and serving scallop delights, from char-grilling them, to pairing them with sparkling wine and shallots and even truffles.

Fiesta coordinator Tony Scott said VIP tickets for the event had long sold out, meaning the morsels prepared by the chefs are spoken for, but general admission attendees will be able to observe and learn from the cooking demonstrations and put it into practice back at home.
