Callow, who was a key target for the Mariners during the division 2 national championships, was named in the 23-player team alongside North Hobart defender Sam Collins and Clarence midfielder Oliver Davis.
Callow averaged 8.7 marks and 3.3 goals from his 12.7 disposals during the state’s campaign, which saw the Mariners finish in top spot by percentage. Coach Nathan Warren was also named the side’s assistant to South Australia's Julian Farkas.
NEW ROLES
AFL Tasmania has advertised for two new pathway positions.
Leigh Elder has been fulfilling a seconded position in female talent but a full-time resource will be appointed, while the football manager role will be a big part of guiding a Tasmanian team into the TAC Cup next year, a female TAC team in 2020 and VFL team in 2021.
