The council will consider a number of items that will be on the LGAT meeting agenda, including free camping policy, councillor allowances and whether Tasmanian councils should create a statewide waste management arrangement.
Other items on the agenda for the council’s meeting include whether to approve a 25-lot subdivision at Perth and if the council should alter the planned play equipment for the Longford Village Green redevelopment.
The proposed subdivision is at 21-43 Clarence Street, Perth and is a partly heritage-listed property, according to council documents.
It copped criticism from some in the community for not fitting the overall feel and aesthetic amenity of Perth.
