Members of the Legislative Council committee, which is chaired by Windermere MLC Ivan Dean will meet at Parliament House for further public hearings from 10.30am.
The committee last met in November 2017.
Other committee members include Rosevears MLC Kerry Finch, Launceston MLC Rosemary Armitage, Apsley MLC Tania Rattray and Elwick MLC Josh Willie.
