Elders Traineeship Program has opened applications for the next generation of agricultural leaders.

In its sixth year, the program provides practical on-the-ground training and mentoring for stock and station agents.

The program focuses on developing skills and knowledge through hands-on experience, online learning programs and face-to-face workshops on the stock and station industry.

This year’s first round of trainees have graduated and are working in the field, so Elders is ready for the next group who want to stand out in the agricultural industry.
