Graham is one of three artists participating in the West Tamar Art’s Group’s Fashion Parade, in support of Plastic Free July.
She recycles old clothes and remoulds them into new fashions.
“I have always loved fashion and fabrics,” she said.
One of the dresses Graham has showcased is a wedding dress by British designer Norman Hartnell, who has designed clothing for Queen Elizabeth.
The other artists taking part are Carol Anne Morrison, who makes garments from felt, and Stephanie Reynolds, who works with paper to make dresses.
The parade will include afternoon tea, door prizes and a raffle.
Funds raised from the event will go towards the group’s major event Artentwine.
- The fashion parade is on July 21 at 2pm, at Windsor Park, Riverside. Tickets are $20, available at the Windsor Centre or email wtag1194@gmail.com
