Ms Stannus, of Liffey, was appointed to coordinate this year’s event after the success of 2017’s expo, Tamar NRM president Roger Tyshing said.
“Last year's event attracted over 1100 people and this year we aim to better that with more stalls and presenter spaces, and by incorporating aspects of sustainable living as well as sustainable energy,” he said.
Ms Stannus will work with Tamar businesses, community groups and councils to deliver satellite events before the October 13 expo.
