Owners took to social media on Sunday morning to announce they would be late opening the business, located at the Tamar Yacht Club.
Chef Brooke Mackenzie said she received a call from police about 6.40am, notifying her of the break-in.
“It was a bit of a shock,” she said.
“They used one of the umbrellas from outside the bar to smash through the windows.”
It is understood an early morning jogger notified police of the break-in after noticing the smashed glass.
Police forensics are expected attend the scene on Sunday.
The juice bar remains closed, but the Yacht Club Fifty Five restaurant is open.
