Known for its range of Tasmanian food, drinks, design and entertainment, this will be the first time the market will be held in the north.
Market operations manager Gemma Chisholm said the market will caters to everyone.
“It is all about the atmosphere … it’s bringing all the aspects you see in your daily life and condensing that into one night,” she said.
“We love Tasmanian made and we try to get absolutely everything as Tasmanian as we can.”
Market operations manager Justin Davis said the newly renovated Civic Square was a great spot to hold the pop-up market.
“We are really excited about bringing the market to Launceston,” he said.

About 40 to 45 stalls are expected at the market, which will be held at Civic Square from 4pm - 9pm on December 14.
In October the Hobart Twilight Market at Long Beach, Sandy Bay, will enter its fifth season.
The operations managers have been working closely with the City of Launceston to bring the market north.
