Tasmania has named a strong 17-man squad for the upcoming AFL National Inclusion Carnival to be played in Launceston later this month.

The Map’s outfit is made up of eight players from the North, five from the North-West and four from the South.
Tasmanian captain Alan Dengate, who debuted in 2014, will be supported by deputies Jordan Irwin and Vincent Hall.
The carnival is an annual week-long tournament for athletes with an intellectual disability and this year’s will be Tasmania’s first as host.
Matches will be played across Launceston from Monday, June 18 with the grand final to be played on Saturday, June 23 before the AFL encounter between Hawthorn and Gold Coast at UTAS Stadium.
