The Penguin property will be alive with squeals from free-range pigs – and children – for an afternoon of warming fire, mulled wine, hearty food and live music.
Musicians Susannah Coleman-Brown, Emily Shepherd and Yyan Ng will provide the tunes, while Mount Gnomon’s kitchen staff serve up a feast.
“We want to welcome winter,” Mr Robertson said.
“We will be serving drinks from the cider bar for World Cider Day, including mulled cider and wine, and our full range of winter dishes.”
Ms Coleman-Brown’s music has been featured in film and television, while violinist Emily Shepherd collaborated with Paul Kelly and Katie Noonan and Yyan Ng supported Goyte.
The Fire and Mountain Feast also includes regular Mount Gnomon festival activities like piglet patting, gumboot throwing and secret life of pig farm tours and runs between 12pm and 4pm on Sunday.
Adult tickets are $10 at the gate, with free entry for children.
