A unit “significantly” damaged by fire in March is set to be demolished.

The structure, in Cupania Street at Rocherlea, was destroyed “by suspected arson”.
A development application received by City of Launceston states the house is owned by the director of housing.
The fire damaged house will be removed by David Construction.
The fire, on March 8, 2018, caused about $80,000 damage.
No one was home at the time.
