Trevallyn residents have reported suspected baits on popular dog walking trails in Trevallyn Reserve, however there have been no formal reports made to Tasmania Police or RSPCA Tasmania.

The baits were reported on walking tracks between Havenbrook Drive and Kimberley Court, Trevallyn, only a week after multiple dogs were poisoned in the state’s South.
RSPCA chief vet Andrew Byrne said nobody had reported dog poisoning or baits.
“We haven’t heard of anything happening here,” Mr Byrne said.
Riverside Vet has not treated any poisoned animals this week, with staff saying they had not heard of any baits in the area.
A West Tamar Council spokeswoman said there “haven’t been any reports about baiting”.
