The 1890s East Launceston property was renovated by S.Group’s Sarah and Sam Haberle.
Similar to The Block, the couple not only transformed the house in 10 weeks, they shared their journey in an eight-episode show on YouTube.
“We wanted to prove that a tiny little house on a tiny little footprint could be turned into a family home,” Mr Haberle said.
With Sam an architect and Sarah an interior designer, the couple are not short on experience.
A family of five, the Haberles have been living in Ava for six months and “it does work as a family home”.
Ava has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a double garage.
Hundreds of people are expected to attend the open home scheduled for 10am on Saturday.
About 300 people attended the open home held in January.
“Our intention when we had the original open home was to show everyone the product, but we had a lot of interest so we are expecting it to move quickly,” Mr Haberle said.
The 5 Avalon Place property is advertised for sale by offer through insitu property.
