This is the first time disability support organisation NOSS Tasmania has entered a band and two soloists in the annual competition.
Activity centre coordinator Siena Norman said the All Stars were pumped for their big debut.
“It is a really big deal that they are plying in an open competition,” she said.
“They have been rehearsing once a week and I know they are all very excited, albeit a little bit nervous to take centre stage.”
Launceston Competitions was established in 1902 to provide performance opportunities for local musicians, dancers and drama acts.
Wednesday’s show will take place at Newstead College from 10.30am.
