Scam-Jam will be put on by Break O’Day Council, Break O’Day Youth Advisory Committee, and Break O’Day Cycles.
Mayor Mick Tucker said the council is working hard to provide activities for youth.
“We want to provide our youth with an environment that is vibrant and facilitates their needs and fosters interests, this event is a great example of how we can, and should, work with youth for youth,” he said.
The free event will take place on May 26 from 10am to 2pm.
Prizes were donated by Break O’Day Cycles for the event, and council will provide a free barbecue.
