The event was scheduled to take place at Josef Chromy Wines as the first of a four-part series.
However, due to personal reasons Ms Gregory is no longer able to attend.
Josef Chromy Group operations manager tourism Chris McGimpsey said organisers were hoping to reschedule the event.
Other news:
“Unfortunately due to personal circumstances, Analiese is unable to attend on Friday,” he said.
“Emails have been sent to everyone who purchased tickets and refunds will be organised.
“We hope to be able to welcome Analiese to the north of Tasmania in the near future.”
The Great Chef series sees guest chefs develop and deliver a seven course degustation, with matching wines, in collaboration with cookery students from TasTAFE.
Guest chefs participating in this year’s series include Mark Best, of Bistro by Mark Best on the Gentling Dream, Phil Wood, of Pt Leo Estate and Alex Atala, from San Paulo, Brazil.
The next event in the series will take place on July 6 with Mark Best.
